The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided every morning, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was really spacious and comfortable. It had a round table where we could enjoy the food we bought nearby the hotel. The location was great, near to the main market, but in a quiet area. We also got help from the staff with transfer services, so exploring nearby too was easier.

We had a lack of help from the staff. We asked for some touristic information and the man at the reception didn't speak English, so he wasn't able to help us with our doubts.
